Making your own toothpaste avoids the chemicals, preservatives, unnecessary packaging, and excess fluoride that most kids take in when they swallow the toothpaste. It is economical and fun to prepare with children for example.
Simply :
- 2 tablespoons of green clay
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 2 cloves
- 2 drops of mint or lemon essential oil
- 1 glass of water
- 1 small glass jar
It is recommended to use a small spatula to spread the toothpaste on the toothbrush to avoid soaking the toothbrush in the jar and sharing the microbes and bacteria.
This toothpaste can easily be stored for 1 month.
