What's good on the menu tonight? Pesto pasta!
A complete dish that is easy to make, very nutritious, rich in proteins and magnesium in particular. Parmesan brings you animal proteins, the pine nuts are rich in magnesium, trace elements, vegetable proteins, oleic acid, fibres and vitamins E, B1, B2, B3, K. What else do you want to please everybody?
Ingredients :
60g fresh basil
1 to 3 garlic slivers
50g parmesan cheese
30g pine nuts
12cl olive oil
500g spaghetti or tagliatelle
Salt and pepper
Recipe :
1. While the pasta is cooking ...
2. Clean the garlic slivers and cut them into small bits.
3. Chop the basil
4. Mix together the pine nuts, parmesan, garlic and oil.
5. Add the basil and mix again until a smooth sauce is obtained.
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Coat the pasta and eat it immediately afterwards.
8. Use the pesto quickly or keep it in the freezer.
