ABINDA

Abinda offers healthy, nutritious and vegetarian food products, and this with respect for nature. Abinda wants to give a positive impetus to society. Humanity, creativity and ecological awareness are the watchwords to which Abinda attaches great importance.

It all started in 1988, in a small doll's house in Bruges. Jan and Kris are at the origin of the creation of Abinda. After a successful start, it became urgent to have more working space. This quest finally led them to Ruddervoorde. A good concept, an excellent team and quality products offered many perspectives. Currently, Abinda employs 17 people, and the number of recipes has grown to 30.

Abinda's vision is characterised by transparency. Thanks to the Biogarantie® label, Abinda is resolutely choosing to work with organic products. Companies that have the Biogarantie® certificate attach importance to energy, fair trade, biodiversity and waste.

All products are made from organic and natural ingredients.

Abinda behaves responsibly and sensibly when it comes to energy, water consumption, transport, etc. For example, they want to limit their ecological footprint as much as possible by offering products in glass jars, and they have also invested in 300 solar panels.

They are also very committed to social involvement. For example, they offer jobs to people who are usually left on the sideline.
