The COMPAGNIE DU BICARBONATE was created to promote the use of simple and effective raw materials, first and foremost sodium bicarbonate (also known as baking soda), in all possible applications.
Its creator was himself responsible for development at the world's largest sodium bicarbonate manufacturer for over 7 years, 3 of which were spent in Italy, where bicarbonate is known and used in every household.
He has also travelled to many other countries, including Canada and the United States, where the "baking soda", sometimes also called the "little cow", is a real institution, since there is at least one box or jar of bicarbonate in almost every household.
