Konjac sponges are the only ones to be labelled and certified vegan by the PETA association (not tested on animals). The official logo is printed on each bag.
Very dense and compact thanks to the excellent quality and purity of the fibres, they are delivered wet and packed in a vacuum bag. When you let them dry for a few days, they shrink like a pumice stone. Soaked in water, they regain their soft and moist appearance.
During the harvesting period Dermotechnic takes particular care to choose excellent quality konjac fibres. Labelled konjac original, the DBS sponges are selected and manufactured on the place where the konjac plant is grown.
100% compostable, bio-degradable, paraben free, colouring free, additive free. The DBS konjac sponges, after opening of the bag, have a life span of a minimum of 3 months and more following use.
Konjac is mainly grown in Asia, and China has become in a few years the largest producer in the world because of the adapted weather conditions. Its production is sold to other countries such as Korea and Japan, which reprocess them into powder for the food industry or sponge production.
DBS konjac sponges are Intertek and SGS certified, produced and packed in "grow farms" to guarantee their irreproachable quality. The packaging complies with the legislation in FR, EN, ES languages with instructions for use printed on the back of the bag.
