Le Guérandais is a company of people who act in coherence with the environment that allows them to live. Their specifications meet stringent requirements in terms of controlling and mastering the quality of their salt. Le Guérandais Guérande Salt comes from the Guérande salt marshes where it is born from the alchemy of the ocean, the sun and the wind. It is harvested by hand according to the ancestral method of salt workers.

Since 2012, Guérande Salt and Fleur de sel de Guérande have been awarded a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).
