*Refunds
Through the same payment method you used to pay for your order. To refund, KissPlanet uses the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. If the order was paid partly or completely with loyalty credits, purchase or discount vouchers, the same amount will be credited to the loyalty credit, purchase or discount voucher respectively.
In line with Edenred general terms of use, it is however not allowed to refund the payments made with EcoCheques or Cheques Compliments from Edenred. In this case KissPlanet will issue a voucher of same value, applicable on all products of kissplanet.shop (excluding delivery costs), valid for one year after the refund date.
Within 14 days. KissPlanet refunds within 14 days following the refund decision. This delay takes into account the usual processing time required by the several banks and payment intermediaries to effect the payments.
