CONSERVERIE GONIDEC

At Gonidec, the canning profession has been passed down from generation to generation.

It was born in 1959, at a time when the canning industry in Concarneau was beginning to decline.

Over the years, the range of sardines, tuna and mackerel has expanded. Many specialities and new flavours have joined the traditional recipes. The same know-how accompanies the manufacture of these new products.

The quality. This permanent concern for up-market products can be found in the choice of fish and in all stages of production. Sardines, tuna, mackerel are worked in an artisanal way and canned by hand.
