How it works:

Their objectives are:
- The development of seed harvesting of fixed varieties (stable from generation to generation, unlike F1 hybrids) according to an organic technical itinerary or without chemical inputs in our regions.
- The selection of varieties, a crucial step in the cultivation of seeds in order to conserve, improve our varieties or create new ones.
- The acquisition and dissemination of knowledge and know-how related to seed cultivation.
