1/ Sustainable water management: The quality must be irreproachable. This is why Coslys uses only osmosis water, triply filtered. 60% of the water that has passed through salt and carbon filters can no longer be used, so a water recovery system has been set up for the cleaning of manufacturing utensils.
2/ Clean energy: The production site, located in Somloire in Maine-et-Loire (France), was designed in compliance with High Environmental Quality standards: 600 m2 of photovoltaic panels, the entire building designed in an environmentally friendly way: aerothermal heating to heat the offices in winter and temperate them in summer, insulation made of hemp wool and cellulose wadding. Ecological paints in the offices and on the wood cladding façade.
3/ Consuming and producing responsibly: Manufacturers of their products. Coslys is a pioneering brand of French organic products. Their values: respect for the environment, but also for the manufacturing conditions, which are ecological, non-polluting transformation and cleaning processes, the rejection of polemical ingredients such as silicones, phenoxyethanol, parabens. Moreover, with a laboratory in compliance with the 22716 standard which guarantees the monitoring of Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices, it is the guarantee that Coslys products are manufactured in conditions close to those used in the pharmaceutical environment.
