LIBELLUD

Libellud is a French board game publisher created in 2008 by Régis Bonnessée.
He was awarded the 2nd national "Envie d'agir" prize (category "social entrepreneurship") by the Ministry of Sports, Youth, Popular Education and Associative Life.

The first board game published by Libellud is Dixit, a game by Jean-Louis Roubira and illustrated by Marie Cardouat, which was released in December 2008. The game was a great success both with the public and with critics and specialists. Dixit is sold all over the world and has won a large number of international prizes, including the prestigious Spiel des Jahres in 2010. This is the first time that a French author and publisher have received this award.

Libellud likes to develop original games based on imagination, sharing and dreams, all supported by quality illustrations and material. Libellud has made this one of its trademarks.

After Dixit and its extensions, Libellud continues to offer other universes such as Seasons, Lords of Xidit, Loony Quest or soon Mysterium but always keeping the same guideline.

All Libellud games pass stringent laboratory tests and comply with current CE standards. Libellud's premises are based in Poitiers (86) and the company currently has 9 full-time members.
