Usage

Inner part with holes: in order to put the butter in it, you only have to push the butter dish into the pack of butter like a biscuit cutter. Outer part: fill it with water to the edge, and next put the inner part with holes in it, and let it spill over above the sink to make sure the butter always stays in contact with the water. Keep the holes clear if the butter dish is less filled, in order to make sure the water correctly flows through and stays in contact with the butter. In this way you can keep your butter fresh outside the fridge for a long time, during minimum 1 month. Tip: if your tap water has a too acidic pH-value, you might better use bottle water (from glass bottles, of course!)
