Coconut flour is hype. It is gluten-free, has a low glycemic index and is rich in fibre. You will get a lighter waffle than the traditional Liège waffle and much less calories. A real treat for dessert and easy to take away as a snack. As a main course, all you have to do is garnish it with vegetables and/or meat to impress your family.
Ingredients :
250g coconut flour
30g cane sugar
2 eggs
20ml hemp oil
20ml olive oil
40g melted salted butter
400ml milk
1 packet of baking powder
Recipe :
1. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. Add the eggs and milk, oil and butter and mix gently, stirring until smooth.
3. Let it rest for 30min
4. Bake in a waffle iron
