3. An insulated bottle for your health

Some people decide, in order to protect the environment, to reuse their plastic bottle several times. Although it is a nice gesture, it does carry a health risk. Plastic bottles contain bisphenol A, also known as BPA [2].

Instead, opt for a reusable water bottle that is not only good for the environment, but will also not endanger your health. As a matter of fact, Bisphenol A is an endocrine disruptor. It is particularly dangerous for pregnant women and children.

Some manufacturers are replacing Bisphenol A with Bisphenol S, which would be more resistant to heat and would better protect food. However, scientists remain very skeptical about this alternative and its role on the endocrine system.

4. An insulated bottle to keep your water cool

In addition to being ecological, economical and good for your health, insulated water bottles keep your water cool. It is very pleasant when it is hot to have fresh water.

You'll stay hydrated throughout your day, no matter where you are. Insulated bottles are easy to carry.

If you are more of a hot drink fan, you can also use your insulated bottle for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. A little advice, if you like coffee, buy a separate insulated bottle because the smell of coffee might stay in the bottle. Personally, I have a bottle for coffee and another one for water.
