The Achard-Vincent estate has been working with organic farming since 1968 and biodynamic farming since 2005.
Biodynamics means dynamising the compost, spraying plant infusions (nettle, horsetail, etc.) and respecting the lunar cycles.
The Achard-Vincent grapes are harvested by hand, and the vinification is carried out according to the specifications for biodynamic wines.
