HYGIENE RULES

Before you begin, it is very important to respect the hygiene and cleanliness rules for your hands, your worktop, and your utensils :

  • Wash your hands thoroughly or wear food contact gloves.

  • Wash thoroughly your plastic utensils, rinse them with alcohol and wipe them with a clean cloth. Stainless and glass steel utensils must be plunged in hot water during 15 minutes and then dried in the open air.

  • Wear glasses and gloves when you heat ingredients to avoid burns.

  • For security reasons, don’t forget to label your preparation and do not hesitate to throw it away in case of change in appearance or smell.
