What are the discounts applied on the products ?                 

I benefit from 10% to 30%, or even 50% as a customer "Privilege", discount on all* KissPlanet products. The prices are absolutely not inflated to be able to offer me these discounts, KissPlanet maintains its philosophy of offering quality and ethics at a fair price and respecting its suppliers. 

*Except some art products and others mentionned on the site

Who can use my status or my Advantage or Privilege ?

I am "owner" of my status but nothing prevents me from grouping and placing the orders of my acquaintances, my friends or my family, all on my account in order to benefit more quickly from the following status, to enjoy more advantages and allow KissPlanet to offer me more. 

We are also working on the "sponsorship" functionality of a new "advantage" or "Privilege" customer. 

How can I make my Advantage or Privilege card profitable ?

Simple ! In addition to gifts and exclusive offers available only to "Advantage" and "Privilege" customers, I order all my consumer products at KissPlanet at reduced prices, I leveage my card in a few months and I can see hundreds of euros savings on my account.  

How long is my status maintained or is my card valid ?                 

I buy the card ? My status is maintained for 12 months. Then, it will be maintained if I always reach the minimum amount of accumulated purchases, 500€ for the "Advantage" status and 1000€ for the "Privilege" status over the last 12 months, re-evaluated upwards or downwards according to the tresholds (500€ and 1000€).

I reach the status "Advantage" or "Privilege" naturally thanks to my accumulated purchases ? This one is calculated every week and as soon as I pass the required threschold, the reduced prices appear with each connection on my account.  

In both cases I receive a warning by e-mail for each rise of status but also a warning some time before the descent of status to allow me to make the necessary purchases to maintain my reductions.  

Is it possible to cancel my card ?                 

It is not possible to cancel my card unfortunately. I will receive regular e-mails to tell me about the promotions and benefits that is offers me and allow me to enjoy the best possible.  

Do I have to redeem the card every year ?

If the minimum amount of accumulated purchases is ot reached during the last 12 months (500€ or 1000€), it is preferable to redeem the card in order to continue to benefit from discounts on all products. A reminder email will be sent to me at the end of the term to allow me to renew my discount card. 
   

Discounts do not appear when I log in to my account ?

From Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, I contact the customer service by phone at +32(0)470/971.554 to solve the problem immediately and in a good mood.
Or
In the evening, on weekends and holidays, I send an e-mail to [email protected], a member of the team will contact me quickly to solve this inconvenience.    

Is updating my contact information important ?

Indeed, it is important and easier for KissPlanet to be able to send me e-mails to update my status, if I change email address, I do not forget to adapt this information on my customer account. 

Is the value of my card, 50€ ou 100€, counted in my accumulated purchases ?                 

Unfortunately no, my accumulated prurchases can only concern the purchase of consumer products. My card is a way to reach faster the threshold needed to get great discounts.

Where is the total amount of my purchases ?

When I log in to my account, I go to my profile and find in the details (on the right of the screen) the total amount of my purchases over the last 12 months.
