Energy balls - Easy to make

Made with cashew nuts, dates, mangoes, coconut and a twist of lime

After trying several different energy ball recipes, this is the one! The consistency, the light tangy taste of lime and the dark chocolate make it an addictive snack!

  • 110g cashew nuts

  • 6 dates

  • 125g dried mangoes

  • 20g coconut chips

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 50g of dark chocolate pallets

  • 50g hazelnuts

Other ingredients

  • 1 lime

In a food mixer, blend the cashew nuts, mangoes, dates, coconut and sesame seeds.

Add the lime zest and juice and blend again.

Roll into small balls of about 2.5 cm in diameter and set aside.

Melt the dark chocolate.

Crush the hazelnuts.

Roll the little balls in the melted chocolate.

Roll half the balls in the crushed hazelnuts.
